The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the main ski hire shop and gondola. We also loved the variety and quality of the food offered, especially the hearty breakfasts to start our skiing days.

The rooms were basic and lacked some amenities like comfortable pillows and sufficient heating. We also found the noise from the bars downstairs to be quite loud at times, which may pose a problem for light sleepers.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and quality of service provided. The location up the mountain is perfect, with easy access to the slopes and stunning views from the rooms with a great balcony. The basic amenities are all there, including clean and comfortable rooms equipped with TV and a balcony. And the breakfast spread is simply delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated right at the bottom of the slopes, it's perfect for those eager to hit the snow without having to travel far. Plus, with a ski bus conveniently located right outside, getting around couldn't be easier.

No negatives. Everything exceeded our expectations.
